The g.a.s.t. registration portal says the 26 September date is "specifically for" applicants targeting Summer Semester 2027. APS India's page says the dMAT is required for "summer semester 2027 and subsequent intakes". No second date has been announced. The certificate never expires, so sitting in September is the low-risk choice — but the two pages genuinely differ. We have asked both for written clarification and will publish the answer here.
d-mat.de lists Kathmandu (Nepal) alongside the ten Indian centres; the APS page shows only the ten. Final availability is confirmed during registration, first-come-first-served. Full centre list →

If you completed APS online registration or shipped complete documents before 29 June 2026, you are exempt for that procedure. Existing APS certificates stand, and a dMAT certificate may be submitted after your other APS documents. Source: aps-india.de
