Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped. PrepDMAT is entirely digital. There is no physical product, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. This page exists because payment providers require a delivery policy, and because you are entitled to know exactly when what you paid for becomes available.

1. What is delivered

Access on your PrepDMAT account to the five Official Guide Mocks and the attempt-comparison feature, through 26 September 2026.

2. When

Immediately. Access is granted the moment your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. You do not need to wait for an email, and you do not need to sign in again — the mocks unlock on the page you paid from.

If it takes longer than a few seconds, the page will tell you so and keep checking rather than leaving you guessing. Your payment is safe while that happens.

3. How to reach what you bought

  1. Sign in at prepdmat.com/practice with the same Google account you paid from.
  2. The paid mocks appear unlocked in the card strip at the top of the page.
  3. Each one starts in the timed exam interface. Your analysis appears the moment you finish.

4. If access has not appeared

This is rare, and it is always recoverable. In order:

  1. Reload the page. Access is granted server-side, so a reload is usually all it takes.
  2. Confirm you are signed in with the same Google account you paid from. This is the single most common cause — a purchase made on one Google account does not unlock a different one.
  3. Email [email protected] with your order ID, from the address on your account. We can see your payment on our side, so we can grant access by hand within one business day.

You will not be asked to pay twice, and you will not be asked to prove anything you should not have to prove.
